The Academy provides four areas of support and services to assist students, faculty and other staff in their work and studies in accordance with Academy rules and policy. They are the Academy office, computer and network services,, workshop facilities and the library and information services. All four aim to provide the best services possible.

The managing director assists in the administration of the Academy and is responsible for managing the finances and property of the Academy in coordination with the rector. The managing director and directors of the support services are hired by the rector in coordination with the Academy board.
