OPEN LECTURE - ANGE LECCIA

ON MONDAY THE 6TH OF NOVEMBER AT 1 PM AN OPEN LECTURE BY ANGE LECCIA WILL BE HELD AT THE DEPARTMENT OF FINE ART, LAUGARNESVEGUR 91. 

Ange Leccia will speak about his videos and installations, how he conceives images in movement and appropriation, but also the importance of banality and his environment in his artistic process. 

He will go back on his trajectory from his first experimentations in Corsica to the direction of the Pavillon, the research lab of Palais de Tokyo in Paris, passing by his teaching at the Art School of Grenoble. 

Leccia's solo show The Sea / La Mer will open in the Icelandic National Gallery Thursday November 2nd 2017, until February 4th 2018.
