In the United States you can find pink prisons where inmates have to wear pink from head to toe. The colour pink is thought to make people softer. The silhouette of an oversized prison uniform can be linked to Hip-Hop clothing. This is where the inspiration for the design comes from, from Hip-Hop culture and strong characters from within that culture. Music can take you away from your problems and make a person feel free.
