About the programme
Studying classical singing demands a lot from students. Study structure
Singing is a three-year bachelor's degree (BMus). Students work in private lessons as well as group lessons with excellent artists, national and foreign. An important part of the program is gaining experience in public speaking. During the course, students will have many opportunities to sing at concerts. In addition, participation in diverse projects inside and outside the school is encouraged, such as solo concerts, church concerts, with chamber groups, in choirs, in improvisational projects and in staged scenes from operas. Singing students receive training in pronunciation, both in Icelandic and foreign languages. After graduation
