Eilífðar sól 

Þegar lífið tekur breytingum og við sitjum eftir á krossgötum, hver er tilgangurinn? 

Tvær ekkjur og einstæður faðir taka þá ákvörðun að mætast á miðri leið og skapa heimili á nýjan máta. Geta ólíkar kynslóðir með ólíkan bakgrunn búið saman, skapað tilgang og tengt samfélag? Hver er grunnurinn og hvað er það sem skiptir okkur mestu máli? 

Markmiðið með verkinu er að komast aftur í takt við náttúruna, tengjast hringrás jarðar í samveru og samfélagi. Líta til baka til fortíðar, segja sögur samfélags og skapa með því samtal og sögur framtíðarinnar. Getum við skilið eftir okkur spor sem hafa áhrif?

 Eternal sun 

When life changes and we’re left at a crossroads, what’s the purpose? 

Two widows and a single father decide to meet halfway and create a home in a new way. Can different generations with different backgrounds live together, create purpose and connect society? What is the foundation and what is most important to us? 

The aim of the project is to get back in tune with nature, to connect with the cycle of the earth in togetherness and community. Looking back to the past, telling the stories of a community and thereby creating conversation and stories of the future. Can we leave an impact?
