Through cinematic architecture, earth-based design, and rethinking resources, this interactive session invites participants to question, imagine, and engage. Born in Lagos, Nigeria, and raised in the UK and France, I am now based in Reykjavík, Iceland. An alumna of the Architectural Association, I founded Mappamundi Architects in 2005 as a multidisciplinary practice. I develop narrative and research-based projects through practices in the realm of landscapes and architectural sustainability. Beyond my professional practice, I serve as a Shelter Coordination and Technical Delegate, supporting humanitarian efforts in disaster and conflict zones. At the core of my approach is the belief that meaningful projects emerge through authentic relationships and deep engagement with context.
